The Carlon Remote Counter provides a remote reading of the number of pulse contacts through our Electric Contacting Water Meter. They are available in resettable or non-resettable versions. The complete system consists of an Electric Contacting Type Water Meter remotely connected by means of a low voltage two-wire system to the Remote Reader. The Water Meter visually indicates the number of gallons registered through the meter, and also generates a switch closure sending a pulse to the Remote Counter each time the preset Gallon Per Contact (GPC) has been obtained. A variety of settings are available on the Electrical Contacting Water Meters, after selecting the correct size meter for the desired flow capacity.

Coatings and Prisms

The prisms inside Nature DX consist of high-quality BaK-4 glass with phase coatings applied so that more light reflects off their internal faces and passes through to the eye.

Taken together, the fully multi-coated lenses and BaK-4 prisms maximize light transmission for the remarkably bright, highly detailed images.

The Body

A durable rubber armored polycarbonate housing protects your Nature DX binoculars from damage without weighing you down. Viewing through Nature DX is comfortable for eyeglass wearers and non-eyeglass wearers alike, thanks to the durable twist-up eyecups. Twist through multiple click stops to find the position that works best for you.

What's more, the binocular is fully waterproof and filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging of the lenses. Nature DX can stand up to even the harshest outdoor conditions.

Perfect for a Variety of Uses

The Nature DX 10x50mm offers 10x magnification, perfect for up-close views of distant subjects. Despite its higher magnification, this binocular maintains a close focus of just 8.2 feet, making it a great choice for viewing nearby birds, butterflies, plants, and more. The 50mm objective lenses are large enough to transmit lots of light, while still being lightweight enough to use without a tripod. Of course, the binoculars are also tripod-adaptable (adapter sold separately) for extended viewing sessions or digiscoping (photography through the eyepiece).

Use the fixed cable including TUC connector to connect the pipe wrap probe (NTC) to the compatible measuring instrument. The temperature probe features a high-quality NTC sensor, which is attached to a 300 mm long strip of Velcro.

The temperature probe is designed for measuring the surface temperature of pipes and offers numerous application options. Thanks to the Velcro, it can be attached quickly and easily to pipes up to 75 mm in diameter. The temperature probe is therefore ideal for carrying out temperature measurements on water pipes or on the flow and return pipes of heating systems.
