MPIH-002 MiScope Live Insect Holder by Zarbeco

The live insect holder allows you to use the MiScope or MiScope Megapixel 2 to image at 40x or zoom in at 140x on a live insect. No need to chase a live insect with your MiScope to get an infocus image. Then use your MiScope or Miscope MP2 to capture still or moving images.

Drop the insect into the insect holder, insert the back cover and turn it to lock the insect inside. Then flip it over, place it into the MPstand and you can use with your MiScope or MiScope Megapixel 2 to image at 40x or 140x.

The built-in precision 1mm grid makes it easy to do quick measurement. The optical glare-free glass allows easy viewing of your insect sample and keeps the viewing area clean between samples. It also comes with a plastic tweezer for transport of live insects, and a donut insert for smaller insect samples.

The included MPstand can be used as a base with the insect holder or alone as a stand for extended depth of field at 12x magnification for the MiScope Megapixel 2. In the field, classroom, or in your facility, it will make viewing live insects easier.

LabSen 841 Glass-body pH Electrode for Strong Base Solutions by Apera

Backed by proprietary Swiss sensor technology and materials, the LabSen® 841 Glass Combination pH Electrode/Probe is designed for pH measurements for strong base solutions (10-14 pH).

Special Glass Membrane - The LabSen 841 pH Electrode/Probe adopts a special H glass membrane, which has better accuracy and repeatability in strong base solutions; the hemispherical sensor is also built tough and highly resistant to general impact (completely different from the traditional fragile glass bulb membrane).

Silver Ion Trap Reference System - The LabSen 841 pH Electrode/Probe adopts a Silver Ion Trap reference system. On top of the Long-Life reference system, a silver ion trap is added to prevent the junction from being blocked by silver sulfide.

The electrode uses a BNC connector, compatible with any pH meters that use BNC connectors, such as Apera Instruments MP511, PH850, PH8500, PH700, PH800, PC800, PH820 and PC820. The temperature sensor is not built-in. Users need to have a separate temperature probe (ex: Apera Instruments MP500) to enable ATC or manually input temperature to realize temperature compensation.

The electrode is backed up with a 6-month warranty by Apera Instruments.
