Is it simple enough for me to use?

Yes. This instrument couldn t be easier to use. In fact there s only one button. That s right, just one button. And all you need to do is press that button to turn it on and that s it, the instrument does everything else. If the Gas Alert Micro Clip XL encounters any problems it will alert you, whether that be a faulty sensor, or an alarm condition alerting you to get out of the confined space.

Water Proof

Do you work in a wet environment? No worries, the Gas Alert Micro Clip XL is waterproof. You can leave it out in the rain or drop it in a body of water and the Gas Alert Micro Clip XL will continue working. No Experience Necessary

The vibrating alarm works just like the vibrating alert on your phone which you will feel if you have the Gas Alert Micro Clip XL attached to your body using the built-in alligator clip. It also has bright red LED s that can t be missed and can be seen from a far distance.

Calibration

We are frequently asked about calibration. No worries here either because calibration is a simple 2 minute, one-button task. Want to see how easy it is? Just hold down the only button on the Gas Alert Micro Clip XL until it turns off, keep holding the button and don t let up even after it turns off. After a few seconds it will turn back on and when it says attach gas just attach the calibration adaptor that came with the instrument and turn your gas on. When the calibration is done it will reset the calibration due date to 180 days. So simple that anyone can do it.

If you still prefer not to perform the calibration yourself, or need a factory certified NIST traceable calibration certificate, then simply send it in to our service center for lightning fast turn-around time.

How big is it?
