Bacharach's MGS-550 leak detector combines electrochemical, semiconductor, catalytic bead and infrared sensors into one platform to support leak detection for the new low GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerant blends as well as natural refrigerants to enable gas leak detection in the often harsh environments of industrial refrigeration.

The MGS-550 can easily be integrated into any building management system (BMS). The Modbus RTU interface allows the user to program and configure the unit remotely through the BMS. Remote access gives complete control to the user when using Modbus. Alternatively, electrical current or volt analog output provides an industry standard reading using 4-20mA.

Having three integrated relays within each instrument reduces the need for having to wire alarm devices back to a central control system. Because of the integrated relays, the Bacharach MGS-550 can be operated as a stand-alone system. Each relay can be individually programmed to trigger alarm devices and actions separately or as a redundant system.

The straightforward menu structure is identical regardless of the type of sensors used, reducing the costs and amount of time for training required upon installation or during maintenance.

Bacharach's MGS-550 offers the flexibility of adding a second sensor at any point in time without the need for any additional controllers. Any sensor can be remotely mounted from the main instrument to a distance of 5 meters or 15 feet. It meets the requirements of EN 378 and ASHRAE 15.

Glass thermometers are one of the most common types of temperature instruments and are available in a variety of styles, sizes, and versions. Their unique characteristics of wide range, precision, repeatability, and quick response create a unique challenge for the metrologist who is calibrating these instruments. InnoCal can calibrate spirit-in-glass (SIG) thermometers. Calibrations for glass thermometers use direct comparison in high-stability liquid baths using Precision Reference Thermometers (PRTs) and Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers (SPRTs) and high precision displays. The glass thermometers are inspected for cracks and liquid-column separations before testing.

• InnoCal is the only authorized service center for ERTCO brand liquid-in-glass (LIG) thermometers in the United States
• We also calibrate any make and model of LIG thermometers including Brooklyn Thermometer, Miller and Weber, Inc., LSW, and H-B Instruments

Calibrations on glass thermometers are performed using direct comparison in high-stability liquid baths using high-precision PRT's and SPRT's and displays. Thermometers are inspected for cracks and liquid-column separations before testing. Measurements are performed at 2 to 4 points between -197°C and 550°C.

Points are generally selected at the manufacturer's specified points but customer-specified points can be accommodated. For certificates with more calibrations points, see 17006-05 for 5 to 9 points, and 17006-06 for 10 to 15 points.

Universal signal transmission

Signal processing

The embedded software of the CC 22 linearises the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. Measures 4 parameters with 1 single probe. Mi805 offers you a combination of pH, Conductivity, total dissolved solids and temperature measurements. You can select from a range of calibration buffers and also the temperature scale (°C or °F) can be selected. The multi-parameter probe MA851D/1, includes pH/EC/TDS and temperature, all in one rugged handle.
