The GX-3R Pro is the world's smallest 5-gas monitor weighing only 4.58 ounces and fits in the palm of your hand (2.9" W x 2.6" H x 1.06" D). It simultaneously monitors and displays 5 different gases. In addition to monitoring standard confined space gases, LEL, O₂, CO, & H₂S, the GX-3R Pro has a 5th channel where you can add infrared or toxic sensors. The GX-3R Pro utilizes Bluetooth communication to display direct gas readings from the instrument to a phone app, which is available free on either iOS or Android phones. Automatic notifications can be programmed to send text or email messages, if there is an alarm event from the GX-3R Pro.

Safety supervisors will appreciate the non-compliance indicator. The instrument flashes it's 3 LED lights every 30 seconds in the following conditions; if the instrument has not been bump tested, or if calibration is due, or if there was a gas alarm event. The 3 LED lights will continue to flash once every 30 seconds until the non-compliance condition has been resolved. The 30 second interval is adjustable.

The newly developed digital noise reduction automatically suppresses ambient noises and only transmits your voice. The integrated loudspeakers, with which you can interact directly with the injured people and team members without radio equipment, also have this function.

Wireless connection to the incident commander

Each Draeger FPS-COM 7000 has an integrated PTT button (push-to-talk) to operate a radio that can be connected as an option. You can communicate using a tactical radio by pressing just one button. The tactical radio can be connected with a cable or Bluetooth. The latter means that there are no cables that could become entangled; reducing the risk of snagging.

Hands-free team communication

The Draeger FPS-COM 7000 allows fast and efficient communication within one group or among different ones. And it works without pressing a single button. This improves your safety by not distracting you from your task. The voice-activated function also provides full-duplex communication. This means that you can talk and listen at the same time – as if you were on the phone.

If there is only one radio for the entire group, the system allows the automatic transfer of the received instructions for up to ten group members via short-range radio. This means that only one member of the group needs a tactical radio while everyone is still informed immediately.

Easy operation and individual setup options

The Draeger FPS-COM 7000 was developed with a focus on ergonomic handling and intuitive operation. The set radio group is announced via the earphones. In addition, different alarm tones warn of low battery status or if you are out of range from the team communication. An optional software allows numerous setting options with which you can adapt the system to your precise operation.

You can, for example, define the number of groups. With the integrated switch you can switch between up to seven groups during the mission.

True Astrograph Quality

Many optical designs that advertise themselves as "astrographs" actually only produce pinpoint stars across a curved focal plane. While this may be acceptable for some visual observing, stars will appear out of focus at the edge when used with the flat chip sensor of a digital camera. Test tablets are manufactured in Germany under tightly controlled conditions on the latest machinery. Maintaining the highest quality standards permits Tintometer GmbH to guarantee our reagent tablets for a minimum of 5 years, and some for as long as 10 years. We can make this promise because each tablet is hermetically sealed within an individual aluminum foil, protecting against challenging environmental conditions. This packaging keeps each tablet in perfect condition, right up until the time it is needed by the user. Test tablets remain the most consistent and reliable reagent format available, consistently outperforming other reagent formats, and delivering maximum accuracy for the user.

Now we have improved even further on this highly successful format. To the tight quality control processes, integral to Lovibond®'s tablet manufacture, and the simple test procedures, we have added new blister packaging. Our new aluminum foil blister packaging brings added convenience to the tradition of protection achieved in Lovibond s long established tablet production technology.

With the new blister strip, the user just pushes the tablet through the protective foil, straight into the sample. Simple, time-saving and practical. This type of packaging, long established in pharmaceutical applications, combines all the advantages of protective foil, with convenience for the user. Each tablet is contained within an individually formed foil cup, lined with the latest aluminum composite material, and guaranteeing product performance.

As a result of improved sealing efficiency, the blister pack has been reduced in size to 91 x 34mm making them even more convenient for storage and shipping. 'BT' is added to the end of the code to identify the new style of packaging. There are no safety risks if the tablets are used in line with the instructions supplied. Safety data sheets are available for all reagents.
