Series PF3W digital flow switch is perfect for applications requiring a constantly monitored flow of cooling or cleaning water. The PF3W series has been improved both in design and operating performance over the PF2W flow switch. Depending on the selected model, the PF3W is up to 40% smaller in volume, offering improved piping space and flexibility. Designed to work with fluids up to 90°C, these switches incorporate a built-in temperature sensor so both flow and fluid temperature can be effectively monitored at the same time. Further improvements include the addition of 2 screens, incorporating 3-color numerical displays which can also be rotated in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions, thereby offering even better display visibility during operation. Available as non-grease type and with analogue output if required, the PF3W meets IP 65 enclosure protection standards and is both RoHS and CE compliant.

The mSquad System is a quickly-deployable set of mobile multi-gas meters that communicate wirelessly to a Squad leader up to 0.8 km (0.5 miles) distant. The system is ideal for Hazmat Response, firefighters, temporary venue protection, etc. An mSquad consists of one Head monitor (MP400H) and up to 7 Soldier monitors (MP400S) that communicate with each other. Each 4- or 5-gas monitor has options for a full range of sensors for toxic gases, oxygen (O₂), combustibles (LEL) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). The MP400S can also have a PID for volatile organic compounds (VOCS). In addition to high gas concentration alarms, all Squad units receive any Man-Down alarms to notify them remotely of a worker in distress. The GD-K71D is a complete sample drawing gas monitor, including digital readout and alarm relays. A new gas sensor technology using an intelligent sensor for remote location calibration and setup is used. The new GD-K71D sensors are designed to provide a longer time period between calibrations. Calibration intervals have been extended to12 months of on-line service which equates to reduced maintenance cost. In addition, the sensors can be calibrated away from the gas detector installation, for example in a service area or off site. This eliminates the inconvenience of having calibration gases in the fab or monitoring location. GD-K71D easily connects to an existing PLC system and is ideal for applications needing a local readout or where a relay control is needed. The automatic zero correction software provides excellent long term stability and minimizes false alarms due to zero drift.

Specialty Sensors

Exclusive Features

The monitor has a long internal pump that can draw samples for up to 125 feet. The pump features a low flow auto shut off and alarm. This allows operators to respond swiftly from a safe distance. The unit is multilingual with 5 different language preferences, and features an alkaline battery life of 18 hours or a NiMH life of 20 hours. To protect the integrity of the device and the configurations, the unit can be password protected. The Eagle 2 also has standard data logging capabilities for easy research, evaluation, and site monitoring. To reduce calibration costs and time, the unit features an automatic calibration option and a single gas calibration option.

The Eagle 2 is heavily protected from environmental conditions by a weather proof, chemical resistant RFI/EMI coated high impact polycarbonate/PBT blend enclosure. The enclosure also renders the unit water and dust resistant. Because of the enclosure, the Eagle 2 can function in 2 inches of water without leakage.
