The MX6 iBrid® is more than an intelligent hybrid of Industrial Scientific's best monitoring technologies—it's the most adaptable six-gas monitor on the market. With hundreds of possible sensor combinations, and a robust list of available configuration settings, the MX6 iBrid is ready to monitor oxygen, toxic and combustible gas, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

As your work changes, so can your MX6 iBrid. It uses five sensor slots to detect up to six gases. Each of those sensor slots accepts a variety of sensors, which means you can use the instrument with a PID sensor one day and an infrared sensor the next. What's more, settings allow you to adapt the instrument's behavior for your application. If you need to use a benzene PID response factor for one application, and butadiene for others, the familiar menu structure will allow you to quickly change settings.

The rugged MX6 iBrid carries our Guaranteed for Life™ warranty and is compatible with DSX™ Docking Stations. With a DSX Docking Station, maintenance is simplified and data becomes more than a spreadsheet filled with logged readings. The Si-RM3 BASIC KIT manifold comes with two (2) pressure probes that accurately measure high side and low side pressure and two (2) temperature probes that are used to accurately and simultaneously provide real-time superheat/sub cooling calculations. Si-Manifold software is provided that instantly displays condensation/evaporation temperatures for up to 124 refrigerants.

The AC/DC clamp meter measures AC current to 1000 A AC, voltage (AC and DC), resistance, capacitance, frequency, temperature, duty cycle, and continuity. Special functions include auto ranging, data Hold, Max/Min readings, diode test, audible continuity check, over-range indication, low-battery indication, and auto power-off. The 1-3/16" (30 mm) jaw opening is ideal for use in small compartments or boxes with tightly arranged electrical wires. The meter also offers True RMS for more accurate current readings, and temperature measurement via a type K thermocouple.

With the ability to re-route these hoses from one side to the other, in order to suit customer preferences for gauge access, this design feature also facilitates the easy replacement of each hose.

Easy to maintain and service

Quick and uncomplicated to service, the breathing apparatus Draeger PSS® 3000 incorporates a number of unique design features to ensure that downtime, and therefore costs, are kept to a minimum during maintenance. All the major components are simple and quick to remove and re-assemble. The harness is attached to the carrying frame by an innovative single-piece retention method. In addition the first stage pressure reducer, integrated into the carrying frame for added protection, can be readily removed.

The Sensepoint range of flammable, toxic and Oxygen gas detectors offer users a high quality, low cost solution to their industrial gas monitoring needs. Installation in potentially explosive atmospheres is made by the use of a suitable Ex d or Ex e approved junction box. The industry standard outputs from Sensepoint are connected to either a choice of Honeywell Analytics' controllers or 3rd party DCS/ PLC systems. Both flammable and toxic versions are certified to the latest ATEX/IECEx safety and performance standards.

The flammable detector is available in either % LEL or PPM detection range versions and provides an industry standard mV bridge output. Typical life expectancy is greater than 5 years, after which the detector is simply replaced with a new one.

The toxic detectors are supplied pre calibrated for easy installation and provide an industry standard 2 wire 4-20mA loop output. User connections are Ex d, while front end Intrinsic Safety (IS) design allows for easy exchange of the replaceable sensor while powered. IS design also removes the need for a sinter enabling very fast speed of response and detection of 'sticky' gases such as Chlorine and Ammonia.
