Easily monitor temperatures overnight or for any time period stores over 1 million temperature observations. Datalogger will stop recording when storage is full and will not overwrite recorded data. Memory can be cleared after downloading data and alarm events. Set high and low alarms in 1° increments; alarm sounds when temperature rises above or falls below set points. The alarm tracking feature stores data for up to 10 different alarm events detailing when the alarm state occurred, as well as when the unit returned within range. Alarm state indicator include audio alerts and flashing LCD segments.

Transfer data recorded in a CSV format to any computer via a USB flash drive no software is required. Unit continues to record data while downloading data. Sampling rate is 5 sec (10 sec for models 98768-55, -56, -59, and -60). Select logging interval ranging from 1 min to 24 hours. Other status indicators include low-battery, memory full, USB data transfer, and active alarm state. Probe is attached to a 10-ft (3 m) microcable that permits a door to close on it. Mount meter with included Velcro™ strips, wall-mount slots, or use flip-open stand on benchtop.

Select from glycol-filled glass, or vaccine bottle probe(s), standard plastic Bullet™ probe(s), or stainless steel probe(s). Bottle probes contain nontoxic glycol solution which is considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA. The solution filled bottle simulates the temperature of other stored liquids and eliminates the rapid temperature fluctuation caused by opening the refrigerator/freezer door. Vaccine bottles are designed to fit vaccine trays. Use standard Bullet probe to measure air and liquid temperatures. The new digital air temperature probe enables precise measurement of air temperature. To guarantee a quick response time, the Pt100 sensor is exposed and is protected against impact and contact by a guard.

You can also use immersion and penetration probes to measure air temperature. However, please note that the specified response time of the immersion/penetration probe refers to measurements in water. For measurements in air, the response time is around 40 - 60 times higher. This is because in immersion/penetration probes the sensor element is built into the probe shaft, and the probe shaft still needs to reach the actual temperature. Only then is this passed on to the sensor element.

In the air temperature probe, however, the sensor is exposed. Therefore the temperature to be measured directly encounters the sensor element. Consequently, compared with the immersion/penetration probe, the air temperature probe can achieve shorter response times when measuring air temperature.

The air temperature probe is a digital probe with an intelligent calibration concept. You can adjust the probe using the EasyClimate software and achieve a zero-error display.

Easily monitor the conditions in manufacturing, labs, and storerooms using the data logging thermohygrometer or barometer. Memory capacity is 2 years when set to 2-minute intervals, longer when set to larger intervals. Each device has a unique ID allowing multiple units to be used in the same location.
