Easy to Use

The Gasmaster is incredibly easy to read and operate. The front mounted display simultaneously broadcasts all of the appropriate gas levels while indicating the system status check. The front panel also houses the buttons that control the systems operations. All features of the Gasmaster, including recalibration, can be controlled by these easy to operate keys. With the simple push of a button, any user can easily operate the system s features. The Gasmaster s system s software was also designed with ease of use in mind. The software enables reconfiguration and datalogging instantaneously and requires minimal training.

The backlit LCD display screen provides all of the necessary safety information without overwhelming the user. Utilizing a large clear screen, the alphanumeric display reads the gas levels, displays the system status, and illuminates an alarm bar when necessary.

The AirLink T3A Series Gas Detector ambient air hazardous gas detector is a versatile assembly that uses an electrochemical, infrared, catalytic bead sensor element to detect a variety of gases. The Model IR-148 is an infrared gas monitor that detects toxic and combustible gases as well as solvents. It uses infrared sensing technology, allowing accurate measurement of target gas vapors with minimum interference from other vapors. The Model IR-148 is supplied as a wall mount unit configured for 1, 4 or 8 sampling points measuring down to 1 part per million (ppm). It has two available analog outputs, each which is software selectable between 10% and 100% of full scale: 4-20mA, isolated, current sourcing, and 0-10 VDC. Multiple gas calibrations are available.

Semi-automatic static and dynamic tests

When using our Draeger Quaestor 6000, you combine intelligent manual operation with technical sophistication to accelerate the test sequence. On the one hand, there are processes, such as the control of the high pressure valve, that are fully automated. On the other hand certain individual tests require manual user intervention. With the Draeger Quaestor 6000, you can rely on a test device that has been specially designed for respiratory protection workshops with moderate test volumes.

Modular product design

The Draeger Quaestor 6000 can test full-face masks, chemical protection suits and compressed air breathing apparatus for functionality and leak tightness. The integrated artificial lung further permits dynamic simulated breathing tests.

Low weight and compact construction

Due to its small dimensions, the Draeger Quaestor 6000 takes up a small amount of space in the respiratory protection workshop. The included software contains a comprehensive database of pre-installed amendable device data. With user notices and graphic elements, the manual test steps are presented comprehensibly even for inexperienced users. After every completed test, a test result report is created for documentation purposes. An optionally applied test-due list provides you with timely information about tests that are due. The software also permits a customer-specific design of the test sequences, events and intervals.

More space due to smaller housing dimensions

Due to the complete redesign of the electronic and pneumatic components, the new housing is about 4 cm/1.6 in narrower and thus creates additional work space. The device will remain compatible with the previous workbench set up.

Comprehensive optional accessories

The QSI Box provides noise insulation for the low pressure warning, resulting in a significantly reduced noise perception by the user. For your convenience, a specially designed bracket ensures a comfortable rest position of the pressure gauge or Draeger Sentinel during the test.
