WD-27502-19 Cole-Parmer® Ion-Selective Electrode (ISE), Fluoride, Double-Junction, BNC by Oakton

Whether your application involves end point determinations in potentiometric titrations or continuous monitoring of specific ions, we can help you find the right electrode for the job. These fast and accurate electrodes do not require an external reference - they're easier to use than separate sensing and reference half-cell electrodes. All Cole-Parmer electrodes are double-junction combination ion-selective electrodes and are convenient to use in places where two electrodes won't fit. All electrodes include a 30-mL bottle of reference solution, a reference filling pipette, 1-m cable, BNC connector, and an instruction manual. Solid-state electrodes also have twelve polishing strips.

Economy Epoxy Electrodes have a durable epoxy body and are well-suited for portable field applications. Outer reference chamber is silver-free and resists contamination. These electrodes are refillable.

Laboratory Glass Electrodes are double-junction in design, with a glass body that provides high-quality measurements for your laboratory applications. Improved glass seal enhances performance and reliability. Sealed inner junctions and refillable outer junctions accommodate special reference fill solutions - ideal for low-concentration measurements. Use electrodes with a meter that has a resolution of 0.1 mV for the most accurate results. Many meters in our "pH/Ion Meters" section have 0.1 mV resolution; several also give direct readings in ppm. For monitoring ions not listed below, call our Application Specialists for more electrode application information.

• Cost-effective choices that are easy to use
• Easily fit into small spaces - no additional reference electrode is needed
• Fluoride (F^-2) ISE with glass body

EC22-721-DM EC 22 Fixed Transmitter with Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) Sensor, 0 - 10 ppm Range, Display / Modbus by GfG

The EC 22 Series are innovative and cost-effective transmitters for the detection of toxic gases or oxygen levels, but without the need for explosion protection.

Time-proven and innovative

The EC 22 is equipped with high quality GfG sensors. The transmitters are fitted with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of readings, and temperature compensation. Follow up costs are minimized thanks to the long lifespan of the sensors.

Universal signal transmission

Either an analog or digital output signal can be transmitted by the EC 22 by means of a Modbus interface. Due to the different types of signal transmission, a transmitter from the 22 series can be connected to almost any gas detecting system, also as a supplementary or replacement transmitter on existing systems.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the EC 22 linearizes the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. As a result, correct readings are transmitted even with weather related fluctuations in temperature. In addition, the transmitter also offers the option of transmitting service, maintenance, and error messages to a connected gas measuring computer.

Weather protection

A weatherproof housing not only protects transmitters against exposure to wind and weather, but also against contamination and excessive temperatures caused by direct sunlight.

Optional colored graphic display and horn

The clear graphic display of the EC 22 is self explanatory and allows you to read the current status and other important information with ease. The display enables you to navigate effortlessly through the unit s concise menu and to change settings or even calibrate, depending on your user authorization. In the event of an alarm the display changes color from green to red. Two LEDs indicate the status.

Operation buttons

The buttons on the transmitter allow the unit to be calibrated and settings to be adjusted through the menu as needed.

Calibration adapter

In order to perform regular bump tests, a calibration adapter is used on the transmitter, which ensures a uniform and secure supply of gas.

Easy and convenient service

GfG offers full after-the-sale commissioning and field service support.

Features

• Long service life of the sensors
• High efficiency and low follow-up costs
• Sturdy plastic housing (IP-54)

72-2120A-104 Digester Gas Analyzer, 50%vol CO2 by RKI Instruments

RKI is proud to introduce our Digester Gas Monitor. Gas from waste digesters contains high levels of methane, CO2, and H2S, with little to no oxygen present. The RKI gas monitor checks for all these gases on a cyclic basis. A powerful air aspirator draws a sample from up to 100 feet away. Since digester gas contains high humidity and high H2S, both of which can cause damage to sampling systems, the RKI Digester Gas Monitor is designed to handle these with no damage to the sampling system or sensors. The sample is passed through a series of dirt, dust, and moisture stopping filters, and these filters are automatically purged with fresh air at the end of each cycle.

Measurement time is just 4 minutes, taken at periodic cycles. Cycle time is selectable, with settings for cycle time of 15 minute, 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, or 24 hours. A cycle can also be initiated anytime by pressing a button. After each cycle, the sensors and sampling system are flushed with fresh air so as to minimize corrosion caused by the high H2S content. The system is fault tolerant minimizing the possibility of expensive repairs or downtime.

System integrity is maintained at all times using a flow fail monitoring device which provides a fail alarm and relay if there is ever a problem with the flow system, such as a blockage, or if the air aspirator compressed air supply is removed or interrupted.

The system is housed in a wall mounting NEMA 4X enclosure. The gas readings can be viewed through the enclosure door clear window. Flow meters and filters are easily visible for confirmation of correct flows and operation. The RKI Digester Gas Monitor contains adjustable alarm levels for each gas, and also programmable alarm relays. In addition, the unit provides 4-20mA signals for each gas concentration for connection to an external DCS, PLC, or other site control system. A Modbus output is also available. The outputs are the readings received from the last cycle taken.

Features:

• Corrosion resistant design; Housing designed for extreme environments; Internal construction for extreme samples; Flow system designed to handle corrosive wet samples
• Sample system designed to handle high humidity
• Accurately measures gases with high levels of H2S present
• 100 ft. sample range
• Up to 4 sensors: Methane 0-100% Volume; CO2 0-50% Volume; Oxygen 0-25% Volume; H2S 0-1000 PPM (0-3000 or 0-5000 optional)
• Self draining moisture trap
• Automatic backflush of sampling system
• Long life air aspirator (no moving parts)
• Suitable for inside/outside installations
• NEMA 4X enclosure
• Uses proven RKI technology
• Modular design easy to maintain
