94123 1.25" UHC/LPR Filter by Celestron

Our 1-1/4" Light Pollution Reduction (LPR) Filters are designed to selectively reduce the transmission of certain wavelengths of light, specifically those produced by artificial light. This includes mercury vapor, and both high and low pressure sodium vapor lights and the unwanted natural light caused by neutral oxygen emission in our atmosphere (i.e. sky glow).

The new ultra high contrast (UHC) LPR filter has improved contrast over the typical broadband filters. Sky background is darker, and contrast of emission nebulae are noticeably improved. The advanced technology coatings enable the filter to achieve an outstanding transmission of over 97% across the entire bandpass, with total blockage of prominent light pollution lines. The perfect filter for viewing nebula from light polluted skies, or for boosting the contrast of nebula from dark sky sites.

In addition to it's optimum spectral and optical characteristics, the UHC/LPR filter offers important features that set it apart and result in the highest quality celestial views:

The multi-layer dielectric coatings are plasma assisted and Ionbeam hardened using the latest technology for durability and resistance to scratching.

Improved transmission translates to maximum image brightness and contrast. Users of smaller, 4"-11" telescopes will especially appreciate the high efficiency, and larger scope users will love the rich star fields and detailed subtle nebular shadings that are left intact.

The high transmission, sharp cutoffs, and more moderate 60nm passband of the UHC/LPR filter retains a more natural view, yet significantly boosts overall contrast. Imagers will appreciate the broader bandpass and inclusion of an extremely efficient H-Alpha passband (656nm).

94460-62 Traceable® Two-Channel Digital Thermometer with Calibration; 2 Bottle Probes by Digi-Sense

The dual probe design is perfect for monitoring temperature in two separate areas or measure two adjoined areas to insure uniformity. Ideal for cold storage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and more. The two channels records the date and time of the minimum and maximum readings, while independently monitoring user programmable high and low alarms. The built-in alarm provides an alert when the temperature readings exceed the pre-set alarm limits, an audible alert will sound and a red LED will flash. If the readings return to acceptable limits, the audible alarm will turn off however, the LED will continue to flash until reset to indicate that during the test period an alarm was reached. Alarm is programmable in 1° increments. Probe is attached to a 3-1/2-ft (1.05 m) micro-cable that permits a doors to close on it; probe and cable are both submersible. Mount meter with included Velcro™, magnetic strips, or use flip-open stand on benchtop.

Model 94460-62 is supplied with special bottle probe specifically designed for refrigerator/freezer applications. The temperature sensor is enclosed in a bottle, which protects it from rapid temperature changes when refrigerator door is opened

• Displays date and time when Min/Max temperatures occur

Includes

NIST-traceable calibration report supplied by the manufacture, Velcro® and magnetic strips, and one AAA alkaline battery.

08068-26 Irreversible 8-Point Vertical Temperature Label, 230-390F/160-199C; 25/Pk by Digi-Sense

Labels are made up of a series of temperature-sensitive elements sealed between heat-resistant substrates with transparent windows. Each element changes color distinctly as its rated temperature is met or exceeded. The changes to the label are irreversible, providing a temperature history of the surface being monitored. The labels will not delaminate when removed, allowing them to be attached to an inspection report to serve as a permanent record. Ideal for use in the food, automotive, molding and metal working industries. Accuracy is ±1.8°F below 212°F and ±1°F above 212°F. Shelf life: 1 year after date of purchase.

Reliable proof that the product was maintained at the correct temperature

• Used as a quick inspection tool that the product is in usable condition during the shipping and receiving process
• Save time and money due to costly recalls
• Self-adhesive design
