The RKI M2A™ is a state-of-the-art transmitter that can operate as an independent, stand-alone monitor or as part of an integrated system. The M2A connects with an analog or digital signal to virtually any controller, PLC, or DCS. Setup procedures are simplified with user friendly push buttons and OLED menus. It utilizes a magnetic wand technique for performing non-intrusive calibration. The M2A provides an automatic zero drift correction feature, which results in more stable readings and reduces the need for adjustments due to sensor aging.

The housing of the M2A does not need to be opened for zeroing or calibration, making it unnecessary to declassify the area for routine maintenance. It is designed so that a complete field calibration can be performed by one person. Sensor construction is rated Class I, Div. 1 Groups B, C, D for flammables, CO, H2S, O2, and CO2, and Class I, Div. 2 for all other toxics.

The transmitter provides a 4-20 mA output in addition to a Modbus digital output. It also has two levels of alarms with relays, plus a fail alarm with relay. A digital display of the gas concentration, as well as alarm and status lights, can be viewed through the front window.

The toxic sensors are electrochemical type plug-in sensors, which provide high specificity, fast response, and long life. The plug-in design allows quick replacement in the field with no tools required. Toxic sensors are designed for use in Class I, Div. 2 hazardous locations. Robust housing for every application

The transmitters of the 33 series are flameproof encapsulated and fulfill the requirements of the type of protection "d". Depending on the application, you can choose the 33 transmitter with an epoxy-based aluminum or a pure stainless steel housing. In order to meet the quality requirements of our customers and our own standards in terms of durability, we use a particularly high-quality and durable Viton seal in the 33 series. Variants

GfG offers the CC 33 in two variants:

For conventional industrial The CC 33 is available in a lacquered die-cast aluminum housing with 10mm thick bulletproof glass. Applications with special conditions such as e.g. in the Food industry can be covered by a unpainted housing made of stainless steel with a 15mm thick bulletproof glass.

Operation by means of magnetic pin

The three magnetic switches behind the protective glass, which is up to 15mm thick, can be operated using the GfG magnetic pin. The GfG typical three-button operation is easy to understand. The menu is clearly structured and logically structured.

All transmitters of the 22, 29 and 33 series have a uniform user interface. The uniform operation and the logical system structure keep your training and maintenance effort as low as possible.

Proven and innovative is not a contradiction

The CC 33 works on the principle of catalytic heat generation (WT), a proven method for measuring combustible gases. The transmitters are equipped with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of measured value output and temperature compensation. Sensor technology

Universal signal transmission

The measured values and status displays of the 33 series can be transmitted either analog or digital via the Modbus interface. Signal processing

The embedded software of the 33 transmitter linearises the measurement signal and compensates for temperature influences. Smart sensors

Pre-calibrated sensor modules can be screwed directly into the sensor receptacle on the housing of the CC 33. Three freely programmable internal relays

The 33er transmitters can be used as a "stand-alone system". You can set the two alarm thresholds individually and freely program the optional three relays. You do not need a cable to a controller and you can nevertheless reliably switch safety-related devices.

The clearly laid-out graphic display makes it easy to read the device status, the current measured value and many other important information. In the event of an alarm, the display turns red. The large LEDs signal from a distance the current device status and thus serve the rapid information of your employees about any alarms or malfunctions.

Using the display, you can easily navigate through the clear device menu and make various settings, including calibration, depending on your user authorization.

Calibration

For regular function control with gas application, a calibration adapter is placed on the transmitter to ensure a safe and even gas supply.

PHQR-T70 70' Technora Rope and ANSI Z359 Swivel Snap Hook by Pelsue

The Pelsue PHQR Series hoist is designed to be a personnel rescue and retrieval device. The PHQR Series hoist shares many of the same qualities and capabilities as a standard PH series hoist but is unique in the fact that the lifting rope is not permanently fixed to the hoist drum. The hoist drum incorporates a rope gripping cleat into which the rescue line can be placed when a retrieval or rescue becomes necessary. This unique feature allows for extremely fast retrieval as there is no need to take up slack in the rescue line as the rope can be gripped at any location along its length. The separation of the rope from the hoist also addressees a safety concern when working in underground manhole vaults that can only be entered roadside where the potential for an out of control vehicle dragging away the retrieval system is possible.

The hoist is available in two model variations: the rope can either be loaded on the underside (Model #PHQR) or topside (Model #PHQRR) of the rope drum. The two variations of hoist have rotations the reverse of each other which in turn places the hoist handle on either the left (Model #PHQR) or right (Model #PHQRR) hand side of the hoist frame. The model #PHQR & #PHQRR do not include rope & hook assemblies, but a wide variety of sub-models are available with varying lengths of rope and differing snap hooks & end fittings. The PHQR series can coil a maximum of 70' of 1/4" synthetic rope. The use of wire rope is not possible on the PHQR series hoist. The PHQR hoist is equipped with a standard Pelsue Quick-Release bracket (#501073-001). Other adapter brackets can be supplied or added upon request.

Braking Capabilities:

The IR 22 transmitter combines the proven infrared measurement method to detect carbon dioxide or combustible gases (HC) with the innovative technique of the new 22 series transmitters. This new GfG transmit- ter generation has been developed and manufactured according to SIL standards.

Therefore, when temperature variations are caused by the weather or changes of the humidity, the measured values will be accurate.

In addition, the transmitter provides the option to transfer service, maintenance and error messages to a connected GfG gas measurement controller. The IR 22 transmitter sends the signals either through an analog 4-20 mA current interface or a digital (RS485) Modbus interface.

Flexibility for any application

The IR 22 transmitter includes the sensor, status LEDs, either an analog or a digital interface, "Zero button" to adjust the zero point, and a test socket and potentiometer for the sensor calibration.

In addition, the IR 22 can be ordered with backlit graphical display. The display shows the current gas concentration, allows access to service functions, enables operation using a membrane keypad and includes optical and acoustical signal transmitters.
